The great advantage of organic production is that cotton is manufactured without the use of pesticides, in particular insecticides that can be very toxic, and cause serious damage to the environment and the people who use them.
The dye and the impression with ecological dyes in cotton in general is not as durable as if it printed in polyester, and the colors can disappear a little with time.
